The Stages Of Building A House Information You Have Been Looking For Below

Is this a problem that should prevent me from buying this house?
I am in the preliminary stages of buying my first home. I contacted a real estate agent and she has started doing research on a concrete house that interests me. She sent me the "Disclosure Statement provided of ownership. "Here, the seller shows that there is an arc" very slight in the basement wall. "He's been there since 1977, when I first bought the house, and said that the arc has not deteriorated in the 30 + years he has been in the house. The house was built in 1945 and is located outside Buffalo, NY (winter weather). Is it this is a serious problem, or is not a big deal, since it has remained unchanged for so long? Still plans an inspection, but I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this problem.
I would be concerned with structural integrity.
